Excellent Stay with Minor Issues

I found the room to be very clean. The big bathroom included a fabulous shower. I also received a complimentary bottle of water each day. The location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. It is only about a fifteen minute walk to the river. I appreciated the easy access to transport from the airport. The metro to Trindade and then the change for San Bento station took around thirty-five minutes.

I did find the room lacked drawer space. It only offered three shelves for clothing. This was manageable but not ideal for a longer stay.

The team displayed an really good sense of service and attention to detail. The reception staff were genuinely helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions, this. All were polite and sympathetic.

Breakfast provided plenty of choice, including some hot options. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful each day. The food and beverage department provided a great experience overall, contributing to an enjoyable stay.

the location was very convenient , close to many attractions. the breakfast selection was diverse with many options available. staff offered complimentary umbrellas when it rained.

the hotel rooms were quite small , and storage space was limited. housekeeping did not close the door properly on two separate days. i did not receive a follow-up email from the hotel after reporting the issue.

the location of the hotel was certainly convenient. it was easy to get around to most places from there.

i was a bit disappointed with the room. it was smaller than i expected and quite dark. the lighting was poor. also, i found it inconvenient that taxis could not directly access the street, requiring a short walk with luggage up a small incline.

the rooms felt cramped even after an upgrade the beds felt too hard i reminded me of i was sleeping on the floor. breakfast was not good at all it seemed inedible. i would not recommend this hotel.

My room had very poor lighting. It was quite dark even during the day. the closet space was very tight, i had difficulty storing my belongings. i requested washcloths but never received them.
